Job Title: ISO Coordinator

Job Summary

  • Respond to all Complaints, NCR’s – escalate issues as needed
  • Review and input Documents, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures into the QMS
  • Ensure SOP QR codes are posted to all appropriate locations

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibility

  • Administrative Process & Controls:
  • Receives Complaint, NCR notifications from OMS-Sales.
  • Documents information on Data Tracker.
  • Works with OMS to complete NCR form, up to and including CAPA
  • Coordinates with QA Mgr before disposition of each.

  • Facilitates communication among each department and Quality.

Notifies each as to NCR status, issues documented monthly and repeat concerns.

  • Notifies Management of any direct impact NCR’s to be elevated.

  • Ensures Work Instruction, SOP training posted as QR codes, are reviewed and up to date

Qualifications

Education

Minimum Required:

  • Associated degree towards safety, environmental aspects or business management

Preferred:

  • ISO/IEC – PPAP trained, experience

Experience

Minimum Required:

  • At least 1 year of related experience in manufacturing and production required.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of related experience in manufacturing and production preferred

  • Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred:

  • ISO/IEC – IATF Certified Trained

Working Conditions

The following working conditions are present or expected on a daily basis:

  • Travel may be required
  • Normal office environment
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
