If your coatings production operation goes down, it won’t be offline for long with service and support from Ultimate Linings. Our Technical Services capabilities include always-accessible professional technicians, an equipment repair center, a vast parts inventory, and an advanced product-development spray lab.

Our Technical Services team can maintain your systems and equipment to keep your processes up and running. By the numbers, the team is staffed by eight Graco-certified master techs, along with six field techs located across the country who perform onsite installation, training, support, equipment demos and application and chemical evaluation. Two of our field techs also serve as OE specialists, supporting our larger OEMs with proprietary service.

First and foremost, however, the Technical Services team is comprised of problem-solvers who are experts in all phases of polyurea application and are trained in all aspects of spray equipment repair, service and installation—whether for manual or fully automated, multi-machine coating processes. They understand the industry inside and out.

Customers know they can call our techs anytime, day or night, and receive a fast response with rapid-fire turnaround on in-field repairs or delivery and installation of needed replacement parts. Our over $1 million in parts inventory, covering most spray guns and all machine manufacturers, expedites service and makes for a unique selling advantage our competitors can’t match.

 Repair central

Equipment that can’t be serviced on-site is taken to our state-of-the-art repair center. There, it’s flushed and tested prior to servicing by our Graco master techs. Key components are inspected against manufacturer’s specs, and a thorough test regimen ensures quality assurance.

One-of-a-kind spray lab

To deliver the highest quality technical and customer service, we leverage the resources of our in-house applications lab. It’s equipped with temperature-controlled, humidity-adjustable spray booths and a soon-to-be installed robotic sprayer system. In our lab, we work hand in hand with customers to test and confirm that application processes fulfill requirements for production and coating performance.
