The Order Management Specialist will work in a team environment within the Ultimate Linings Lebanon, TN office. He/she will assist the Customer Service Supervisor with assigned tasks and special projects. In addition, will provide day-to-day support to our customer and other departments as assigned to them. He/she must have strong interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and be very customer/company focused.

Job Duties:

  • Order Entry for UL Materials & Equipment orders
  • Verification of inventory to be shipped
  • Pro-active communications with UL Customers and Sales Team
  • Complete BOL and address labels for shipments
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Some college level coursework in accounting a plus, but not required.
  • Customer service and Shipping/Receiving experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office- particularly in Excel
  • Basic office equipment and machinery (PCs, copiers, fax machines, adding machines, etc.)
  • PC word processing/spreadsheet software; including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and other software
  • Relevant department concepts, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to multi-task and work overtime on an “as needed” basis
  • Must be a team player and the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Work effectively in a general business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with employees at all organizational levels
  • Requires a high-level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with a professional, energetic, and optimistic attitude.
